Managing Complaints

At Bishopstone CE Primary School we are committed to working positively with our parents and carers to ensure that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the support they need. Our Complaints Procedure is available on the school website. If a parent or carer has a serious concern or disagreement about the SEND provision for their child, we will work closely with the Swindon Local Authority to seek advice and support in resolving the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

If you have any concerns about your child’s special educational needs, you should raise this with the class teacher in the first instance.
